Is there a per-invoice or per-transaction charge?

No. Every plan bills a flat monthly or annual subscription. Raise ten invoices a month or ten thousand — the price does not move, and we do not meter documents, customers or ledger entries.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Accepted Answer

The trial is the full Professional plan with no card required. When it ends, pick the plan that fits and carry on in the same workspace — nothing you entered during the trial is lost. If you decide not to continue, any admin can download a complete JSON export of your data first.

Question 3

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and that is deliberate. Messages go out from your own verified business number through your own Meta Cloud API app, so the sender is you rather than a shared gateway. We give you the setup walkthrough; the number, display name and message templates stay yours.

Can I run more than one company on one login?

Accepted Answer

Professional covers a single company. Enterprise runs as many as you need, each with its own isolated database, GSTIN, invoice numbering and user list, switchable from one login.

Question 5

Is GST filing included, or just the data?

Accepted Answer

HisabNest prepares the return data — GSTR-1 with B2B/B2C/HSN splits, GSTR-3B summary values, GSTR-9 aggregation and GSTR-2B reconciliation. You or your CA file it on the GST portal. We are not a filing intermediary and never touch your portal credentials.

Can I export everything if I leave?

Any admin can trigger a full JSON export of every record — products, invoices, purchases, ledgers, journals, payroll, the lot — from Settings at any time, on every plan including the trial.

Do you offer discounts for CAs or multiple branches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Practising CAs managing client workspaces and groups onboarding more than three branches get partner pricing. Write to info@hisabnest.com with the number of entities and we will put a quote together.
